2nd Anniversary + Update 0.6.2
2 years, 2 years have gone by since the creation of the hell spawn that is SyS KillMirror, my god forsaken child, born out of the deepest insides of my mind, shattering my head to be released upon this cursed world.
In conclusion.
Thank you everyone for sticking up with me for these 2 years! It's been a bumpy road, the game has gone through many iterations, but now we have a solid base that will keep growing and growing until the full release!
I have been working hard to fix all the basic and technical issues the game has, and im happy to say we are ready to enter the next phase!
With the 2nd year anniversary, and the release of SyS KillMirror 0.6.2 this same day, I declare that SyS KillMirror has now entered it's content development phase.
All future updates will be focusing on adding meat to the bones that I have been building since the start, as every major to middle system is now finished, and only small one use systems are left, which will be added together with their piece of content, to slowly fill out the remaining empty places left around the map, until it's all covered and finished and polished and lovingly made.
This year alone saw 23 updates, with 2 of those being major updates. But don't be fooled, quite a good of those updates were as big if not bigger than previous major updates like 0.4, as the scope of SyS KillMirror grew and was adjusted the size of major updates balloned, and now these "minor" updates also included new systems and a good amount of content.
As always, I want to thank my musicians ElSnou and NoSoyFurro420, my friend Kaimaman / Mr. Bamphiro for all his ideas, PonchitoForro, zokequeso for the main menu art, Daund3r for the fan art, ManliestDev and all the folk over at Dimensional Slaughter, boomer from XK, Halucygeno for his feedback, Odawg, eyeling, los hijos de dios, Stoohp, the Reload Magazine, Feedback Quest, hytrain, Curple, NightShade, Feanzz, Ian / Goreman / X0SMOS, Noah, Festive, Lance, Manliest Dev, Florisam and everyone in Jam with Florisam, DEstillo (RIP), United West Dev Team, AeroFunk80, zebsMath, La Gameja and it's members, pyrsen, my family, and dozens of other people im probably forgetting or because the list would be pages long.
See you all over this year, and praying to get the game finished 2024!!!
One last thing, im leaving these files for everyone to see, to see and remember the story of SyS KillMirror, the teasers, the trailers, the behind the scenes, the effort, the work, the people, everything that has gone into this passion project.
SyS KillMirror Soundtrack and 0.6.2 are also released by the point you read this message.
See ya!!!
