Update 0.7 Alpha Test 2

[New]:
- Added a new location the MotoBAR
- Added 2 new enemies: SNYDER! Bomber and Cultisteador, mounted cultist warriors who launch deadly projectiles to kill you.
- Added a setting for mouse sensitivity in the options tab.

[Changes]:
- Removed paid licensed fonts and replaced them with open licensed fonts.

[Bug Fixes]:
- Fixed SNYDER! Loyalists and Cultist Ravagers having some issues tracking the player, they should now behave much more consistently when turning around and when first detecting the player.
- Fixed unused particles emitting during certain conditions.
