Update Alpha 0.4.2d

[New]:
- Added a new quest: Green and Pink Lizards rivalry
- Cheats: Want to fly? Want to go through walls? Now the cheats option in the extra tab at the main menu works, meaning you can noclip through the map by pressing F3 or teleport by pressing R wherever you look at.
- Added some small easter egg dialogue.

[Changes]:
- Adjusted crosshair for better visibility
- Disable killbind (for now).

[Bug Fixes]:
- Added missing collisions for one of the models.
- Fixed some bugs involving the music and sfx volume bars.
