Update Alpha 0.4.2

[New]:
- Added dialogue system, you can now hear what the NPCs have to say to you! Currently, you can talk with them but not receive quests yet. Will expand the amount of interactable NPCs in the next update, while also adding more options for the current NPCs, and generally polishing the system more.

[Changes]:
- Adjusted transparency of wall in the sports stage.

[Bug Fixes]:
- Fixed bug were one of the cats wasn't visible at certain angles.
- Fixed bug were one of the buildings could be looked through.
- Fixed bug were paint wasn't visible at certain angles.
- Fixed issue where the gun would spawn already firing.
- Fixed issue where the player would spawn fliping their finger.
