SyS KillMirror 0.4 Release

Hello everybody, after many months in development, SyS KillMirror 0.4 finally comes out! This version is the start of a new series of updates, "Foundations", that will finally finish all of the needed systems for the game. After this, 0.5 and 0.6 will focus in expanding the game by adding content, while keeping revamping and reworks to a minimun. 

Changelog:

[New]:
- 5 new music pieces ("Menu", "Catto Station", "Precaution", "See you", "If I had Asked")
- New revamped main menu, with 3D parallex background.
- Added guide, options, credits, extras, and licensing tabs to the main menu.
- New revamped pause menu.
- Expanded map with new locations, props, and particles.
- Added radios that reproduce music through the map.
- Added 20~ NPCs (Will have dialogue in an upcoming update).
- Head bobbing and camera movement while doing actions (jumping, walking, crouching, etc...)
- Refined art style, now being more detailed and compressed to a 640x360 resolution, imitating a pixelated look.
- Added money system, gold can be found around the map by exploring, which will allow to buy upgrades and accesories in an upcoming update.
- Added accesories system, can be accesed by pressing middle mouse button, its divided in 3 groups (passive, ability, secondary shot).
- Added health system, with new damage sources, death animation, low health music, and death screen.
- Added translation and quest system (currently unused), will be used in an upcoming update.
- Created new icon for main menu, taskbar, and program icon.
- Added new skybox.
- Added world borders.
- Added portal (currently unused), that will server as a gateway to the first boss in an upcoming update.
- Disabled cheats.
- Removed unnecessary map decorations.
- Added seasonal decorations to celebrate Summer and my Birthday (can be enabled inside the Extras tab inside the main menu).

[Bug Fixes]:
- Fixed legs glitching while crouching.
- Optimised enviroment by reducing physics props and using occlusion techniques.
- Fixed map collisions.
